thalorivexiq maintains a comprehensive refund policy designed to protect both our students and the integrity of our educational programs. Refund eligibility depends on several factors including program type, enrollment date, and specific circumstances surrounding the refund request.

Full Program Refunds

Available within 14 days of enrollment for programs not yet commenced, subject to administrative fee deduction

Partial Refunds

Calculated on a pro-rata basis for programs where less than 25% of content has been accessed

Special Circumstances

Medical emergencies, military deployment, or other documented hardships reviewed case-by-case

Important Timeline

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the qualifying event or enrollment date, whichever is applicable. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for processing.

Programs that have commenced and where more than 25% of materials have been accessed typically qualify only for partial refunds. Our system tracks engagement through module completions, resource downloads, and live session attendance to determine usage levels fairly and accurately.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for enrollment. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days after processing, while bank transfers may take 7-10 business days. PayPal refunds are usually immediate once processed from our end.

Different programs have varying refund structures based on their delivery format and resource intensity. Live cohort programs with limited enrollment have different terms compared to self-paced courses due to the personalized attention and group dynamics involved. We maintain detailed records of all program interactions to ensure fair assessment of refund eligibility.
